胖 / 胖  (Pàng) - fat                                       瘦 / 瘦  (Shòu) - thin, skinny

高 / 高  (Gāo) - tall                                        矮 / 矮  (Ǎi) - short

大 / 大  (Dà) - big                                          小 / 小  (Xiǎo) - small

老 / 老 (Lǎo) - old                                         年轻 / 年輕 (Nián Qīng) - young

** note: 大 (Dà) and 小 (Xiǎo), when combined with the term 年纪 (Nián Jì), which means age, can also be used to describe a person's age.

For example : 年纪大 (Nián Jì Dà) means old. 年纪小 (Nián Jì Xiǎo) means young or little.
